Willie O. Gallant-Cirigliano

Willie O. Lewis Gallant-Cirigliano passed peacefully surrounded by family. Born May 30th 1926, in Tuscaloosa, Al and moved to CT in 1954. She was employed first at Underwood Corp. for 18 years and then Colt’s Firearms for 36 years where she retired at 80 years of age. She was the ladies Aux President at the VFW, she was the hospital chairperson for 32 years.

Willie is predeceased by husband’s John Cirigliano, Charles Gallant, and George H. Lewis Jr. Sister, Janie Currier, her children, George Lewis and daughter Martha Frappier, her son-in-law David Mange, Richard Frappier Sr., her step-sons Jack, Mike and Roy Gallant and Steven Cirigliano and her grandson Richard Frappier Jr. 

Willie leaves behind daughters Brenda Earley (James), Sherry Van Haaften (Arthur), and Elissa Mange. Also her daughters-in-law Theresa Gallant, Pati Lewis, Marge Gallant and Felicia Cirigliano. She is survived by her grandchildren Terrie (Barry), Jeffrey (Lindsey), Dwan, Willie, Michael (Jacquelyn), Dylan, Roy (Lisa), Charles, Thomas (Libby), Patrick (Melissa), Gil and Theresa, John and Greg and many great and great-great grandchildren.  

Calling Hours will be held at Manchester Funeral Home, located at 142 East Center Street, Manchester CT 06040 on Saturday, May 13th from 1pm till 4pm with a Funeral Home Service at 3:30pm. Burial will occur the following Friday, May 19th at 11am at Buckland Cemetery, 1210 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the VFW or a charity of your choosing.
