Pamela Blue Obituary

Mrs. Pamela A. Blue affectionately known as “Ms. Pam”, 60, of Bloomfield, CT, passed away February 16, 2020. She was born to Annette and the late Joseph Plues on May 3, 1959 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Pamela moved to Connecticut a few years after she had her son. She always said she didn't know a better place to live, some would say to start her new life.

Pamela was a beautiful woman. A beautiful mother. A beautiful wife. A beautiful teacher. A beautiful soul. Her soul was so warm, you could smell the sunshine on her collar every time she gave you a hug. Her arms were the gates to her big heart, where she let anyone in unconditionally and unwaveringly. To be in her heart was to know true happiness. To be in her life, whether it was for 25 days or 25 years, was to know true love. She loved so deeply and so proudly. If you are able to recall any memories of her, be it at work, at the store or by the pool, no matter how long ago it was, Pamela cherished every moment she had with you. That's the kind of person she was. She spoke with such a vibrance, and gratitude about all in her life. We are eternally grateful for having had her in our lives, for the love she gave us and the love we returned to her.

Pamela would not want us to dwell on her passing but to celebrate the life she had. As she would say, "Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans". So love, and love deeply. We love you Pamela Ann Blue. Pam Blue. Miss Pam. Grandma. Pamcake. Pamburger. Pammypie. Mommy. Forever in our hearts and thoughts, may Allah give you eternal peace and happiness. We already got you on the love part. We promise.

She was predeceased by her father Joseph Plues, and her brothers Christopher and David Plues. Along with her mother, Pamela is survived and missed by her husband, William Blue; three loving children, daughters, Trinity and Isabella Blue of Bloomfield, CT and son, Daniel Kish of Norwich; her five grandchildren Alianna Kish, Alyssa Kish, Aubrey Kish, Addyson Kish, and Alexandra Kish of Clinton, CT, loving brother Patrick Plues of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as well as extended family, and friends.

Pamela was laid to rest Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the Islamic Cemetery of Eastern CT in Enfield, CT. To leave a memory for the family, please visit www.manchesterfh.com
