Victoria Dean

Victoria Dean, 68, of Vernon, passed away on Monday, July 11th, 2022. She was born on March 3rd, 1954 to Rudolph and Jacqueline Jacques. She was a loving and devoted daughter to her parents all their years, later becoming a caring mother to her own large family. She married her best friend and soulmate, living together over 30 incredible years. Victoria was blessed and will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.



Victoria will be remembered for being kind, soft spoken, and down to Earth. She was very welcoming to whoever entered her home and everyone who met her adored her sense of humor and laugh. She was loved and protected, in this life and the next.



Victoria is survived by her husband, Allan; her sons, Arthur, John, and Steven; her step daughters Tammy and Sue, and stepson Allan Jr. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Ricardo, Liliana, Valerie, Jacqueline, Nyazia, Heavenly, Ethan, and Andrew; and her sisters, Ruth, Kimberly, and Diana.



Calling hours will be on Sunday, July 17, 2022, at Manchester Funeral Home, 142 East Center Street, Manchester, CT at 2:00pm with a service celebrating Victoria's life to begin at 3:00pm.
