Sandra Banks

Sandra Yvonne Banks passed away on August 31, 2020.  Sandra was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 18, 1949 to the late Mildred Banks and James Banks along with her late sisters Edwina Bell and Charol Banks. Sandra was a friendly and fun loving person who loved people and music. She was well known throughout the Hartford area, leaving her mark at her stomping grounds in Hartford and Manchester. In her spare time, when Sandra was caring for her grandchildren, she loved knitting and crochet. She also loved to listen to music and watch scary movies and, although she was a loving person, she was a fighter even through her illness.  Sandra leaves, to cherish her memories, her children Denise Banks, Derrick Banks, Latear Banks, her sister Michelene Banks. Sandra also leaves her memories to grandchildren Shatoya Banks, Candace Banks, Andrea Banks, Kewon Banks, Quiana Banks, Montreal Banks, Da'Jaun Banks, and a host of more grandchildren and great grandchildrean, nieces and nephews and friends to cherish her memories always
