Nora A. Mello

Nora A Mello 71, of Moosup, Connecticut passed away peacefully in her home, with her family by her side, on Friday April 19, 2019. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island, on September 15, 1947 and was the daughter of the late Bernard Lucia and Nora Robichaud. A devoted mother, she is survived by her children: Cathy Parks, Kenneth Lucia, Alicia Overstreet, Sharif Hicks and Daymar Freitas. She is also survived by her siblings, Bernard Lucia and Phylis Walason; her 17 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Nora is predeceased by her siblings, the late Jack Lucia and Martha Kugler. A private remembrance service will be held at a later date.
