Grace Mclaren

Grace Geraldine McLaren, 94, passed away in Willimantic, CT on February 26, 2018. Grace was born in Ridgewood New York in 1923. She married John McLaren in 1944 who later became totally disabled. Grace took devoted care of John for twenty-five years until his death in 1974. Grace was a warm, hospitable person who will be missed by family and friends.

She will be greatly missed by her nephews, Conrad and George and her nieces, Eileen, Jacqueline and Carol. She was pre-deceased by her niece Susan Garneau and Grace's partner Dick Selig, a realtor in Willimantic.

Relatives and friends may join in saying a final goodbye to Grace on Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Manchester Funeral Home, 142 East Center Street, Manchester, CT 06040. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Manchester Funeral Home, burial following at New Willimantic Cemetery.
