With great sadness we share the passing of Doris Louise (Redd) Hamm of Selma, Alabama and Coventry, Connecticut. Doris passed October 30, 2022 at the age of 93.
She was predeceased by her husband Norman Hamm Sr., her son Willie Clyde Hamm, and his wife Charlotte.
She leaves behind her son Norman Hamm Jr. and his wife Suzie. Grandchildren Kaile Lacourciere (Neill), Kendra Johnson (Brian), Jeremy Hamm (Kimberly), Timothy Hamm (Jessica), and Seth Hamm (Cayla). Doris also leaves 11 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.
She was employed by Phillie Cigar at Bayou Cigar Factory for 51 years. Doris was known for her awesome fruit cakes, pecan pies, and quilt making.
Burial will be in the New Live Oak Cemetery in Selma, Alabama in the spring at the convenience of the family.
