Donald Baptiste, age 46, of Manchester, CT passed away suddenly at Manchester Hospital on Friday, November 17, 2017. Born on April 1, 1971 in Petion-Ville Haiti, he was the son of the late Marcel and Eliane Baptiste.
Donald spent most of his adult life in Haiti where he graduated from his high school, Jean Price Mars and then later enrolled in the university des Hautes Etudes of Haiti where he studied accounting. Donald moved in the United States in March of 2007, where he resided in Brooklyn, NY for a short period of time before moving to Hartford, Connecticut. That same year he started working for Pitney Bowes where he made many new friends.
He leaves behind his only son Jesse Baptiste, his longtime girlfriend Lauren Benefield, the mother of his son Chantal Martine St-Fort, his three brothers Reginald Baptiste; Jerry Baptiste; Pierre Louis Baptiste, his three sisters Marceline Edouard; Taciana Baptiste; Elianna Norzeron, his three sisters-in-law, Olga Baptiste; Darlene Baptiste; Lissa Baptiste, his two brothers-in-law Yves Edouard and Jimmy Norzeron, along with many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Donald, we will forever remember you. You were a great father, brother, partner, uncle, godfather and friend. We thank you for all the memories.
