Alexander Lewis Phillips

Alex Phillips, 40, of Tolland (formerly South Windsor) passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 7, 2019. He was born in Manchester, CT, the son of Gary and Jodi (Beller) Phillips.

Alex was a valued employee of GHDSI in Rocky Hill, for 15 years. He loved and valued his time with his family and friends, his trips to Disney World, skiing, movies, cars and his many cats. He will be missed by his family and friends. He was the glue that held our family together, and our rock, who always took such good care of us.

He is survived by his loving partner, and best friend of 7 years, Amanda Wray; his parents; his sister Lindsey Phillips-Eaker (Mark) and beloved niece and nephew, Lily and Michael; his brother, Zachary Phillips of Tolland; his grandparents, Helene Phillips and Doris (Joe) Goldberg; Uncle Mike Beller (Loren), Aunts Karen and Mary Phillips; his cousins Adam McClintick (Christina) and John McClintick. He was predeceased by his Poppy, Ray Beller, his grandfather Lewis Phillips and, recently, his beloved cat Bear.
